FAQs

Each subscription plan includes access to our full platform, allowing you to create, sign and manage programmatic contracts. You also get a set number of contracts and templates included depending on the plan, with unlimited users.

After you’ve used the contracts included in your subscription, additional contracts are priced based on volume. Higher contract volumes qualify for discounted rates, ensuring flexibility as your business grows.

Contracts are counted each time a new agreement is created and signed. Edits or amendments to existing contracts do not count as new contracts unless a completely new agreement is generated. The number of contracts you use resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Contracts included in your subscription do not roll over to the next period. Once the contract allowance is used or the period ends, new contracts must be purchased or are provided in the next billing cycle.

Every subscription plan includes basic customer support. Our higher-tier plans, such as the Growth and Enterprise options, offer enhanced support, including dedicated account managers, priority response times, and onboarding assistance to help you maximise the value of Programmatic.
