We didn’t set out to reinvent contracts, we just got tired of the paperwork.

As former founders and builders, we saw how fast-moving teams were getting buried in slow-moving processes — chasing signatures, missing obligations, losing track of payments in endless threads and folders.

Companies were bleeding time, margin, and morale. People were frustrated and unproductive. No one wants to spend their day digging through drive folders or waiting on emails.

The tools out there weren’t solving it – e-signing made it easier to send documents, but not to manage them. Documents stayed static, stuck in PDFs, while everything else operated in real-time.

So we built Programmatic: a platform where this paperwork comest to life. Because we believe people weren’t put on this planet to push paper, nor should companies have to trade profit for process.
